Alexandra Chiafery (“Ali” as we call her) began working with Orapin Marketing + Public Relations in early 2015 for a project and began doing more regular work later in the year. A Denver transplant born and raised in upstate New York, Ali has embraced Colorado living full force. She brings the same energy and enthusiasm she has summitting 14ers and hitting the slopes to all of her client work – we’re grateful to have her on the team.
Q :: What do you like doing in your free time?
A :: In my free time I like to sit on my balcony with my best friends and watch the sun set over the mountains. I also like to do crafts (I’m a big fan of DIY home furniture and decor). With my free time on the weekends you can find me having a picnic in Cheeseman park, biking around Denver or skiing/exploring in the mountains!
Q :: Where are you from? What brought you to Colorado?Â
A :: I am from upstate New York. I always wanted to explore a new city, and knew that NYC was not the place for me. I chose Colorado without having ever visited, and I have never looked back. I have made a home here, and am slowly convincing family and friends to make the move and join me in the Mile High. 🙂
Q ::Â What got you into PR?
A ::Â I knew I wanted a career in communications and PR because relating with other people always came easy to me. That, and I was never good with numbers.
Q ::Â What do you like most about what you do?
A ::Â What I like most about what I do is being able to share my client’s stories with the public.
