Our mission is to empower students to find innovative solutions to the world’s pressing problems. We do this by working with K-12 schools to reimagine and transform learning through partnership-based student travel and student-centered educator development.
WHY DO YOU DO IT?
Never before have K-12 schools had to reimagine learning so quickly and completely in response to an ever-changing, uncertain planet. World Leadership School helps teachers, students, and schools explore, clarify and articulate a clear sense of purpose in order to thrive and contribute in a complex, global world.
WHAT IMPACT ARE YOU MAKING?
We are trying to shape the next generation of leaders and empower teachers to deconstruct their teaching and reimagine what education can look like in their classrooms.

We are inspired to do this work because education as we know it isn’t working. We want to inspire students and teachers to build a purpose mindset and for them to realize their own potential.

Our big dream is to create the next generation of leaders all over the world that embody the global competencies that are lacking in the world today.
WHAT RESOURCES DO YOU NEED TO MAKE THOSE DREAMS COME TRUE?
There are always equity issues when traveling with students and there are always roadblocks to reimaging learning.
WHAT IS (OR HAS BEEN) YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE?
We have an enormous responsibility when taking students to rural communities in the developing world. We have the ability to shape their view of this world and their place in it. The challenge is creating a generation of responsible global citizens that embodies and values the global competencies that are vital to working an interconnected world.
WHAT WORDS OF ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR OTHER LEADERS LOOKING TO MAKE AN IMPACT?
DREAM BIG!! And don’t be afraid to fail.
